This home in Lawrence has been well cared for, and the homeowner wisely decided to re-stain before it got distressed. He had had some issues with small animals damaging a few pieces of lap siding and trying to penetrate his home. One of Absolute Painting’s technicians that has plenty of carpentry experience replaced the damaged pieces, and even did some repairs to the small back deck.

We pressure washed the entire house to make sure it was clean and ready for new stain. After letting it dry out thoroughly, we sprayed and “back-brushed” a coat of Sherwin William’s Super Deck Semi-Opaque waterborne stain. After the stain was dry, we made another trip to paint the garage doors in Sherwin William’s “Toasty.”
