We repainted the pool at Brandon Woods at Alvamar recently. We coordinated with the maintenance staff to deal with moisture control and ventilation, since the special paint for the pool has a strong odor. Not only did we paint the pool itself, but the entire indoor pool enclosure was due for a new paint job, so we masked everything off with tape and plastic, and put a single-component epoxy on the walls and ceilings to prevent any moisture from penetrating the surfaces. The new paint really makes the pool look inviting!
