This new build in Lawrence was designed by an architect for his mother. He contracted with CBC, LLC to get it built. Being a fairly new construction/remodel business, the builder went looking for a painter and chose Absolute Painting for the exterior.

We caulked all of the seams between the Hardie lap siding and the trim boards, and primed the bare cedar on the front porch. Once the prep work was done, we sprayed 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint exterior latex satin on the siding and soffits, taking extra time in between coats to touch up the caulk as necessary; sometimes putting the paint on causes what we like to call “skippers” or “painter’s holidays” to be more easily spotted.
